In addition, we do not manufacture any of these item(s), and make no guarantees as to their performance. Any problems of that nature must be resolved through the manufacturer of the item(s). Any legal disputes arising from this transaction will be litigated in Clay County, FL.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for Gender Reveal Fireworks or Bottle/Cake Sparklers (a.k.a. "Party Sparklers"). All other items may be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of refunds.
